THE

DEFENCE SYSTEM
THE
FORTRESS DEFENCE SYSTEM is a self
defence
technique which can be used against single or multiple attackers. The
primary idea is to
defend the head above everything else. Why?
Because it contains
the brain. If your
brain doesn’t
work, neither does the body. This
defence works when
standing, lying, kneeling, crouching and works
against Kicks,
knees, punches, bearhugs and stick attacks. One

TOXIC FIGHTING!!! After
many years of teaching under the name of KRAV
MAGA I have decided to change the name of my style to TOXIC
Fighting
System. This
is mainly due to the fact that what I teach is
vastly different to the Krav Maga that I was shown 11 years ago. I have
kept
many of the theories and concepts of KRAV MAGA and blended in
some from
other Martial Arts and added some concepts of my own, making this a
unique Self
Defence system.
So
if you think that KRAV MAGA is the best
self defence system for you and that is what you want to learn then you
may
find that this the style for you.
This
is a fun and friendly club and you really will
learn to kick a**e like Father Ted (See above).
I
have aligned myself with the International
Streetfighting Union (ISU) and have become their UK Director. As well
as being an ISU International Instructor I also feature on one of their
DVDs
teaching along side Walt Lysak and Richard Ryan who are prominent Self
Defence
experts from the USA. Available in the the STORE.
You
will also find me on Master Russell Stutelys
Power Black DVD series where I demonstrate knee techniques on DVD
number 5,
Zero to Power Generating Hero.
Along
with this I won a Silver Medal in the World
Pankration Championships held in Varna, Bulgaria 2010 in the Masters
Agon

November 2011 Won a Bronze Medal at the Ty-ga
World
Championships in the Mens Heavyweight Kickboxing Division. Won a Silver Medal at the Ty-ga World Championships in Power Striking (Kicking). |
