I began my Krav Maga training in June 2000 with Jon Hegan (Expert Level 1) in Upminster in Essex.

I trained with Jon for 3 years until I went on the IKMF Instructors course in 2003. (the UK's 3rd Instructors course)

In 2005 I attended the KAPAP Instructors course in Wakefield. (The UK's 2nd Instructors course).

I have been to train with various other Krav Maga and other Israeli  Martial Arts Instructors including :
